I am a freelance cosmetologist who travels to clients to provide professional beauty services in the comfort of their own space. Whether it be your home, on location, photoshoot's, commercial sets, film or events. Allow me to care for your crown.
A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This will go to your final balance.
Please understand that on-location services are a premium offering. When a freelance 22-year veteran cosmetologist travels to you, you're paying for time, convenance, travel, set-up, and the personalized experience. This is a luxury service, and like all luxury services, it comes with associated cost that reflect the value, time, and effort provided. Thank you for respecting the professionalism and pricing of this service. Your understanding helps me provide my best and safest premium service possible while on the go!
Please respect my artistry, as I am passionate about servicing all my clients to the best of my ability and want this to be an enjoyable experience for everyone. I ask that you refrain from entering the service area distracted on the phone or speaking on the loudspeaker. This allows me to fully assess your hair's integrity, scalp, and enlighten you on the process in order to ensure I execute your vision efficiently.
I ask that you refrain from taking FaceTime calls on speaker or without an earpiece. Please be conscious of the volume of your devices. I ask that you show me respect, as I show you. I am here to satisfy your hair goals. Let’s ensure we both are intentional about the way we handle one another and are courteous throughout my execution of your requested services and overall experience.
A 15% deposit is required for all appointments, no exceptions. No deposit, no appointment.
In-person and virtual consultations are available. Consultations allow new clients to extend a general direction to their stylist to ensure execution upon appointment completion. They will enable clients to get a feel for their stylist and address any concerns they may have.
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments 48 hours in advance at no additional cost. If the reschedule isn't booked within that same 48 hours, Client’s forfeit their deposit. A third no-show will result in being banned from the booking site and subject to the waiting list, with no guarantee of confirmation.
There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. After thirty minutes, no call /no show your deposit will be forfeited. Same day availability isn't guaranteed.
There are no refunds. If you reschedule appropriately, you can transfer your deposit to another appointment. However, if you miss the follow-up appointment, the deposit is forfeited.
